National Chi Nan University - 國立暨南國際大學 Exchange Programme
Overview
The campus of the National Chi Nan University (NCNU) lies in Puli township, Nantou County, the center of the island of Taiwan. It is a tableland encompassing 150 hectares, 450~665 meters in elevation, sloping moderately downward to the southeast. Surrounded by forests, the tranquil campus is protected from outside disturbances. Amidst verdant hills and mountains, it commands a vast and entrancing view.
FST recently signed the student exchange program with NCNU. Up to 2 students may participate in a student exchange each semester, which is up to 4 per year per university.
The National Chi Nan University offers courses in the areas of CEE, CIS and ECE, taught in Mandarin. Certain courses taken at NCNU can be credited to the degree programme at UM, and participating students can expect to graduate on time at the end of year 4.
Eligible students
- BSc CEE, CIS and ECE – Year 2 or above
- Good level of Mandarin
- Good academic standard (preferably GPA 2.5 or higher, but students with GPA close to 2.5 may also be considered)
